Our cleaning methods are designed to deliver consistent cleanliness to your home every time. However, we understand that achieving perfection is not always possible. That’s why we stand by our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If there are any mistakes or areas that don’t meet your expectations, we will gladly return and make the necessary adjustments at no extra charge. Simply notify us via text message within 24 hours of your most recent service, and we will ensure it’s done right.

A: Our team will clean your entire house from top to bottom. There won’t be a single inch of your house that our teams won’t visibly clean.

A: The duration of each cleaning varies depending on factors such as the size of the house, the presence of pets, and the level of dust. Based on our years of experience, a regular cleaning typically takes between 1.5 to 3.5 hours. The initial cleaning, regardless of the desired frequency, may take longer as our team familiarizes themselves with your house. Deep cleanings can range from 2 to 6 hours. We usually send 1 to 2 cleaners for your cleaning. In the case of deep cleanings or larger homes, we may send a team of 3 cleaners.

A: Some customers prefer to schedule cleaning appointments while they are at work or away during the day, while others prefer to be at home during the process. This is entirely up to you. We provide several options for entry if you are not at home:
1. You can provide us with a key.
2. On the day of cleaning, you have the option to leave the key underneath the doormat.
3. You can provide us with the garage or door code.
4. You can leave the door unlocked on the day of cleaning.

A: Yes, we strive to consistently assign the same cleaners to your house. In the event of new cleaners, they will be trained according to the standards and requirements of our company.
